Yoga is for every-body. I work with individuals and groups to create tailored sequences that will support your whole self.
Classes are informed by Mindfulness and Seasonal Yoga. Seasonal Yoga incorporates traditional Chinease medicine and Qigong. Seasonal yoga aligns with the changing energies of nature and the seasons in a practice that supports balance, harmony, strength, flexibility and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.
My practice is further informed by training with Special Yoga (British Wheel of Yoga) on Mindfulness with children who have additional support needs and or a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. I have also attended Attachment-Based Yoga and Meditation for Trauma Recovery training with Deirdre Fay.
