Mindful Yoga

Yoga is for every-body. I work with individuals and groups to create tailored sequences that will support your whole self.

Classes are informed by mindfulness and seasonal yoga. Seasonal yoga incorporates traditional Chinease medicine and chi-kung. Seasonal yoga aligns with the changing energies of nature and the seasons in a practice that supports balance, harmony, strength, flexibility and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

My practice is further informed by training with Special Yoga (British Wheel of Yoga) on mindfulness with children who have additional support needs and or a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. I have also attended Attachment-Based Yoga and Meditation for Trauma Recovery training with Deirdre Fay.

I have extensive experience of working with children, adults and organisations to support their overall wellbeing, relationship with self and others to flourish!

Potential

Yoga Nidra is deep relaxation and can leave you feeling rejuvenated for the rest of the day. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 4 hours sleep! Yoga Nidra is also a creative practice that allows you to plant a seed in to the unconscious mind of what you would like to cultivate in your life and connect with your true self. Come away with a nourishing practice that you can implement in your everyday life.
